Remember: Our marbleized baked foundation contains multiple color-correcting shades that will self-adjust to your skin tone as you blend. Whether you choose a shade slightly lighter or darker, most will find the match still works for you.

You may also find you need a different shade depending on the season! Laura Geller herself wears anything from Light to Golden Medium depending on how tan she is during the summer. If you think you may be between shades, you may wish to try one as a “summer” shade and one as a “winter” shade.

No, this foundation provides light to medium coverage, which means your skin shines through. However, it is buildable and can be layered to reach medium coverage. If you’re looking for full coverage, try our Double Take Baked Full Coverage Foundation.

For LIGHT coverage, swirl a brush (the Retractable Kabuki Brush works great!) onto the powder, then sweep it across your face. Blend outward and upward.

For MEDIUM coverage, use a denser brush, or the Retractable Kabuki Brush with the sleeve pulled almost all the way up for denser bristles, and press (don’t swipe) the powder onto your skin. (Check out our application video!)

Never. Our baked foundations aren’t cakey or chalky and won’t dry out your skin (unlike traditional pressed powder foundations). This formula won’t settle into fine lines and will leave your skin looking fresh.

How to Apply

For light coverage, swirl the Retractable Kabuki Brush  – with sleeve pushed all the way down – onto the powder then stroke on face. Blend outward and upward. Repeat to build coverage.

For medium coverage, apply with the protective sleeve of the Retractable Kabuki Brush pulled almost all the way up. Swirl onto the powder then gently dab onto face. Repeat as needed.

It can also be used as a finishing powder by lightly dusting it over your chosen liquid or cream foundation with our Full Face Powder Brush. Blend outward and upward.

    This Correcting Foundation is the best I’ve ever used! Unfortunately I have Rosacea, so foundations have always been a huge problem for me. Because of this, I stopped wearing them all together! Then I saw this Baked Balance Foundation advertised, and decided to give it a try. Well, it changed my life! It’s SO light, and covers my face without ANY breakouts at all! Thank you so much!

    Amazing makeup for mature skin that has a bit of rosacea.

    I’ve always been a drugstore makeup kind of girl, the basic brands. I tried the Baked Balance-n-Brighten Color Correcting Foundation and fell in love. It helps cover up the redness on my cheeks and evens out my skin. I’m completely sold on it. I can’t wait to try other products.

    Why didn’t I find this sooner

    I love the baked foundation. It’s so easy and lightweight but covers. It never comes off when I sweat or on my sweat towel, never flakes if my skin is dry. My only complaint is that I use zinc face sunscreen and it sort of pastes the powder down from my kabuki brush touching my skin so I have to scrape up the foundation every time to get powder onto my brush. I am a medium white skin gal and I thought the medium was my color but I surprisingly needed light.
