LauraGeller.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." All Tracking is available via the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
STANDARD SHIPPING ($5.99 DHL) Most orders are delivered within 3-6 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) from the order's ship date. ALL DHL shipments are processed by DHL and shipped to the Customers nearest USPS- to be delivered. USPS handles the final delivery and packages are delivered on Saturdays.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING ($15.00 UPS) Most orders are delivered within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) from the order's ship date. Expedited shipping is not currently available for PO Box and APO shipping addresses.
* Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico could require 12 or more business days.
*Please note that we do not ship nail polish to any international locations except for Canada.*
Q: Can I change or cancel my LauraGeller.com order once it’s placed?
A: Unfortunately, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or edited.
Q: I received a shipment confirmation email, but the tracking # doesn’t work.
A: We’re here to help! Please email email@example.com and a member of our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.

We proudly stand behind every product we sell. If you are unhappy with an item(s) you received, for any reason we will gladly exchange or refund items and sales tax – minus the shipping charges – no questions asked – made within 30 days of purchase.
LOVE YOUR FOUNDATION OR RETURN IT FOR FREE. If for any reason you're not happy with your foundation, send it back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.
In the unlikely event we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item(s), we will gladly accept the item(s) and credit your original purchase price, sales tax, and original shipping cost – and remedy the situation with the information you provide us with on the return form.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to ineligible use of coupon code and to modify or cancel an offer due to technical errors or unforeseen problems.
There is only ONE coupon code allowed per order (with the exception of Free Shipping).
Coupon codes cannot be used or applied to orders already placed. Supplies of all free gift offers are limited.

Q: An item(s) within my package from my LauraGeller.com order arrived broken. Do you offer replacements?
A: We are so sorry to hear this happened and we’d be happy to help you! To expedite your replacement request, please email firstname.lastname@example.org an image(s) of the damaged item(s). Once we receive the image(s), a member of our Customer Service team will contact you directly.
Q: Can I return an individual item for an exchange in a kit for a different one?
A: You may do an individual item exchange, total kit exchange or kit refund.
