    Brilliant Customer Service

    I’m in the Uk, and unfortunately when my palette arrived, two of the shadows were broken. I emailed customer services the same day and they got back to me within 2 hours, advising me what to do. I tried to use the ‘contact us’ bottom but it would t work, so I emailed again. I had a brilliant response the next morning from Jayden E, apologising and stating that they would send another palette out to me immediately. They also took on board the comments I had made about inadequate packaging to the UK (a brown paper bag does not protect products), and he said the palette would be boxed securely instead. Within minutes I had had an email to say my ‘order’ was being processed and there was no charge. Thank you Laura Geller customer service, this is just the kind of response that was needed.

    Great Eyeshadow colors

    This palette has quickly become one of my favorites. The colors are rich and blend beautifully, making it easy to create both soft daytime looks and more dramatic evening styles. I noticed the shimmer and mattes work really well together and stay put throughout the day.
