Holiday Return Policy:

In honor of the holiday season, for orders placed between 10/1/25-12/31/25 we have extended our return policy to 60 days to give you more than enough time to try their favorite products.

As always, if you are not satisfied, we invite you to return or exchange your product for free, minus shipping charges. To process a return, click here. Effective January 1, 2026 we will revert back to our normal return policy of 30 days from the date of purchase.

We proudly stand behind our products, and strive to provide an easy, stress-free customer experience. If you are unhappy with any item(s) you have received, we will gladly exchange or refund items and sales tax – minus the shipping charges – made within 30 days of purchase. No Questions Asked!

  • Using your order number and U.S. shipping zip code, you will be able to start your return or exchange process.
  • Completing the process will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
  • If you need to make an exchange, you will have the option to reselect products and schedule through our automated system.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are deemed to be abusive or fraudulent.

When will I get my refund?
If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account with the eligible amount within 14 business days from the date of a processed return. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

Can I return a gift card?

Q: Can I change or cancel my LauraGeller.com order once it’s placed?
A: Once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or edited. Please Contact Us and one of our Customer Experience Experts will address for you.  

Q: I received a shipment confirmation email, but the tracking # doesn’t work.

Q: An item(s) within my package arrived broken. Do you offer replacements?

Q: Can I return an individual item for an exchange in a kit for a different one?

Q: Can I use multiple coupons?
A: You may apply ONE coupon code per order (with the exception of Free Shipping).
