    Hi Claudia, we're so sorry to hear that the Sun-Protected Skin Duo arrived in completely the wrong color match and that you're still waiting for someone to reach out after your previous review! We completely understand how frustrating and upsetting it must be when you're expecting a product that will perfectly match your skin tone and provide that beautiful, natural coverage with sun protection, but instead you received shades that are so far off from what you need that the product is essentially unusable for you.
