    Best Mascara I have tried

    This is the mascara I’ve been looking for. It does not smudge. Even when I sleep in it I get up in the morning, and there are no smudges. I don’t care for the brush and will be looking for a better one because it could apply better with a better brush, but the mascara is excellent.
