Once your order arrives you'll have 14 days to test out your new makeup. If you you do not initiate a free return using our AUTOMATED PORTAL within the 14 days, you will be charged for the items you keep.
When do I get charged for my TryNow product?
We'll place a pre-authorization on your credit card, but you'll only be charged for the items you keep. If no return is initiated within 14 days of your orders arrival, you should expect to see the charge by the next day.
