Membership Terms and Conditions

I. MEMBERSHIP

Free Membership. No purchase is necessary to obtain membership in the Loyalty Program, but you must establish an account at laurageller.com. Please see our privacy policy, located here, to understand how information you provide us will be used. This program is void where prohibited.

Eligibility. In order to be eligible for the Loyalty Program, you must create an account as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. You may create an account if you are at least thirteen (13) years of age, have Internet access, and have a U.S. Resident mailing address. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have your parent’s permission to register for an account.

If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your account. You are responsible for keeping such information current, complete, accurate and truthful. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. You agree to provide only current, complete, accurate and truthful information. If you are accessing and using the Site on someone else’s behalf, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein, and to the extent you do not have such authority you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and to accept liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the Site or Content resulting from such access or use.

You may only have one member account per natural person. Persons who are discovered to have more than one account forfeit their store credit and will be unsubscribed from the Loyalty Program.


How To Enroll in the Loyalty Program.

(a) Create an account: Visit www.LauraGeller.com (the "Site" or "Online") and become a registered user of the Site. Click here to be taken directly to the registration page. You will be asked for your first and last name, your email address, and a password. You will also be given the option to sign up for our newsletter. Once you have submitted the requisite information, you will be sent an email to the address you listed confirming your membership.

(b) Add your mailing information: once you have created your account, you will be asked to add a mailing address for billing and for shipping. Once you have added your mailing address, you are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program, and are a member (“Member”).

How to Access/Change Your Member Information. You must keep your personal information on your Account up-to-date. To do so, click on the "My Account" section and access your account by entering your registered email address and current password. From your dashboard you can access your account information; review your current and past orders; change your profile; update preferences; and access your loyalty status and rewards.

How to Cancel Your Membership. You may cancel your account at any time. To cancel your account, please send an email to info@laurageller.com and write “cancel membership” in the subject line. The email must come from the account currently listed on our servers as being associated with your Loyalty Program. If you no longer have access to that email address, please call our customer service department and we will verify your status and cancel your account. Upon cancellation, you are no longer a member and any unused store credit in your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. Store credit maintains its value only on valid accounts in good standing and has no cash value outside of its redemption on the Site.


II. EARNING STORE CREDIT

General. Members can earn store credit on the purchase of qualifying products at LauraGeller.com. To receive store credit for your online purchases, you must be signed into your account.

Earning Triggers. Store credit may be issued when customers meet specific thresholds or behaviors, such as:

Making a first purchase of $100 or more

Completing a second purchase

Participating in limited-time promotions or referrals

Store credit values and rules are published on the loyalty landing page and are subject to change.

Timing. Store credit is applied to your account when the qualifying condition (e.g., a second order or threshold spend) is completed and the order has shipped.

Exclusions. Store credit is earned only on qualifying online products and excludes shipping, taxes, or third-party purchases. Store credit will not be applied to discounted or excluded items unless explicitly stated.

Returns. If a purchase earning store credit is returned or refunded, the equivalent store credit will be removed from your account. If this results in a negative balance, new credit will not be earned until the balance returns to zero.

Bonus Credit Promotions. From time to time, Laura Geller Beauty, LLC may run store credit promotions that allow Members to earn additional or time-limited credit. These promotions are subject to terms and conditions and may not be combined with other offers unless specified.

Store Credit Limits. Only one active store credit reward may be used per transaction unless otherwise stated. Credit may not be earned or redeemed across multiple accounts.


III. REDEEMING STORE CREDIT

Redemption Eligibility. Store credit is issued for a limited period (typically 7–14 days) depending on the qualifying activity. Redemption windows are noted in each communication and inside your account dashboard.

How to Redeem Store Credit. When making a qualifying purchase, available store credit will be automatically applied to your order at checkout, subject to product eligibility and order minimums. Credit cannot be applied to taxes, shipping, or non-eligible items.

Credit Value. Store credit is promotional and may vary by event or purchase tier (e.g., $20 credit for a second purchase). All redemption details are communicated in your account or via marketing emails.

Expiration. Store credit expires based on its issuance trigger (e.g., 7 days from a $100 first order, or 14 days from a second purchase). Expired credit cannot be reinstated.

Non-Transferability. Store credit cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold. It is non-refundable and has no cash value. It may not be combined across multiple accounts or transactions.

Redemption Limits. Only one store credit reward may be active and used per order unless a promotion explicitly allows otherwise. Credit may not be combined with coupon codes or used on excluded products.

Customer Responsibility. Customers are responsible for reviewing credit expiration, redemption status, and balance via the “My Account” section. Questions should be directed to our customer support team.


GENERAL

By registering with LauraGeller.com and joining the Loyalty Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any updates that may apply. Laura Geller Beauty, LLC reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict the Loyalty Program, the issuance or redemption of store credit, or the eligibility criteria at any time, without advance notice. Store credit earned under prior terms is subject to expiration policies and promotional windows.

All credit redemptions and balances are subject to review. Fraudulent activity may result in suspension or termination of your account. Store credit is promotional and not redeemable for cash. For questions, visit our Contact Us page.
