We are so sorry to hear this happened and we’d be happy to help you! To expedite your replacement request, please chat with us and provide pictures of the broken item for immediate assistance.
Can I return an individual item for an exchange in a kit for a different one?
You may not return individual items within any kits, but you are welcome to return your kit in its entirety for a refund or an exchange.
When will I get my refund?
If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account with the eligible amount within 14 business days from the date of a processed return. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Can I return a gift card?

My order went through multiple times/I have received multiple charges for my order.
We apologize for the inconvenience! This usually happens when the ‘Submit Order' button is clicked more than once. After orders are imported to our warehouse we are unable to cancel or edit them, however please chat with us and a member of our Customer Service team will be happy to assist in resolving this matter. Please have your order confirmation # (or #s if you received multiple orders) ready or include in your email.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
When you submit any personal information during the checkout process, that data is processed via a secure connection to our website server. We are Comodo Secure. You can also read our privacy policy here.
My internet service provider filters unwanted email and spam. Could these filters block email that I wish to receive?
Yes, they may. Spam filters can restrict wanted email as well as unwanted email. Please update your email settings to designate laurageller.com as a legitimate contact, ensuring that all future correspondence regarding your orders will be accepted.
Can I change or cancel my LauraGeller.com order once it's placed?
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or edited. All sales and sale items are final and cannot be changed or canceled.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments on any products.
During checkout, I received an error message that says, 'Phone is not valid.' Why?
Please enter only numbers in the Phone Number field. Do not include characters such as dashes, parenthesis and spaces. For example, your phone number should read as follows: 2125555555
During checkout, when I entered my address, I received an error message 'only alphanumeric characters (only numbers and letters. No characters).' What does this mean?
In the address field enter numbers and letters only. Do not include characters such as periods, dashes, pound or parenthesis. NOTE: You can abbreviate words such as Street, Avenue, Drive, Boulevard, etc. however do not include a period. For example, your address should read as follows: 123 Abc Blvd APT 1, AnyTown, NY 12345
My order is missing an item.
We are so sorry! It is possible that when your order was being prepared for shipment, an item was overlooked and/or not available at that time. Your shipping confirmation email should indicate which product(s) may still be pending shipment. If an item(s) was not shipped to you, you will not be charged for that item(s). If you have any further questions or concerns, chat with us. Please have your order number handy and let us know the items you're missing.

What are your domestic shipping costs?
Once an order is placed, our warehouse crew gets to work immediately. Order packing & processing can take 1-3 business days before your order leaves the warehouse.
- STANDARD SHIPPING: $6.99 merchandise under $40.
- Free $40 or more. US orders arrive within 5-7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse. You will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Please follow the link in the email to track your order and check its estimated arrival date. We do our best to estimate delivery time accurately. However, all delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to change. Holiday processing and shipping may vary.
- EXPEDITED SHIPPING: 3-Day Shipping ($9.99 UPS) Most are delivered within 3 business days after the order leaves the warehouse, weekdays only, holidays excluded. Not currently available for PO Box and APO shipping addresses.

How do I track my order? Online tracking is easy!
If you created AN ACCOUNT at checkout, log in to your account and track from there. If you have not created an account, please check the shipping confirmation email for your clickable tracking number & confirm your order status!
If you would like to create an account, use the email address associated with your order to log in. You will receive a link and any orders associated with this email will show up in your new account.
How long do international orders take to arrive?
International orders should arrive within approximately 14-21 business days. You will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number. Follow the link in the email to track your order and check its estimated arrival date. We do our best to estimate delivery time accurately. However, all delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to change. Holiday processing and shipping time may vary.

Need an update on my order status?
Packing and processing time is 1-3 business days following the date of your order. If your order shipped today, please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to upload to the tracking link. If you have not received an update to your email with an estimated date for delivery, please Chat with a Pro.
I received a shipment confirmation email, but the tracking # doesn't work.
Please note that the tracking links many not be updated by the carrier for one business day after receiving our shipping confirmation email. If you are still having difficultly after this period, please chat with us and a member of our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.

I see my Laura Geller Beauty products look different than they used to. How come?
Good things come in NEW packages! We’ve kept everything you love about Laura Geller Beauty exactly the same. Only our packaging is prettier. We’ve lightened it, brightened it and made it oh, so beautiful.
Are these newly packaged products more expensive than what I am used to ordering?
No. We haven’t changed the prices—only the packaging. Isn’t it pretty?
Do these new cartons indicate your products have changed?
Our product integrity and quality has not changed. We’re still the same brand you love, only with updated packaging.
Do these new cartons mean that your company is changing?

Have the product names changed with the new cartons?

How do I apply a discount code or redeem an offer?
There is only ONE offer allowed per order. During checkout, at the first step (‘Shopping Bag’ page), enter the code in the ‘Offer Code’ field and click ‘Apply’. The offer or discount will automatically appear on the page. If there is no code provided for the offer, please check that you have reached the minimum required price or product threshold and the offer will be automatically applied. Coupon codes cannot be used or applied to orders already placed. Supplies of all free gift offers are limited. No substitutes are allowed for free gift or free sample offers; quantities are limited.
Can I use multiple coupons?
You may apply ONE coupon code per order.
Gift Cards
How do I purchase an E-Gift Card?
Laura Geller E-Gift Cards may be purchased online at LauraGeller.com in the following denominations - $25, $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, $175 and $200.
E-Gift Cards purchases are limited to $1,000 per order or no more than 4 E-Gift Cards per order.
You can use a credit card or debit card to purchase an E-Gift card online. E-Gift cards are only valid at laurageller.com. E-Gift Cards, when purchased, are exempt from tax. In the case of an order containing an E-Gift Card and product, the E-Gift Card amount does not count towards the tax and shipping totals nor promotion eligibility.
How do I pay for an order with an E-Gift Card?
You can apply your E-Gift Card at the “GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE” section of checkout in the box that is right above your total. Please be sure to apply any discount codes prior to adding your gift card.
What can I purchase with my E-Gift Card?
E-Gift Cards may be used for making purchases (other than E-Gift Cards) at LauraGeller.com. They are not redeemable at other retailers. E-Gift Cards do not expire and there are no fees. E-Gift Cards may be used for multiple transactions up to the value on the E-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards are not reloadable. Gift Cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, except as required by law or policy.
How can I send an E-Gift Card to a friend?
An email containing the link to the E-Gift card will be sent to the email provided when purchasing the E-Gift Card. Simply forward the email containing the E-Gift Card to whoever you wish.
How do I check the balance of my E-Gift Card?
To find out the balance on your E-Card, please refer to the original gift card email you received to access the page for your gift card. If you no longer have this email, please chat with us and have the name used to purchase the gift card ready. They will be happy to assist.
Can I reload my gift card or E-Gift Card?
We cannot reload gift cards at this time, but you can always purchase a new card.
What happens if I'm returning merchandise purchased with an E-Gift Card?
If you return merchandise purchased with a E-Gift Card, we will issue a refund to the original E-Gift Card used to make the purchase.

Does Store Credit expire and if so when?
Yes. They expire on the date stated in the issuance email.
Will you notify me when my Store Credit is expiring?
Yes, you will be reminded 7 days before expiration.
How do I use my Store Credit
Add the store credit code from your email to the checkout page or press the "use store credit" button at checkout.
If I get a $20 store credit and I only want to use $15, will the balance be available to me?
Yes, the remainder credit will be available for use on future orders until it expires.
Do you have physical stores?
No. Store Credit can only be redeemed at laurageller.com

When do I have to return my items by?
Your 14-day trial begins from the date your order is delivered. You may initiate your return before your trial ends.
Why is there an authorization on my card?
Similar to booking a hotel or rideshare, we reserve the funds in case you decide to keep all your items. An authorization is not a charge - you'll only be charged for what you keep.
Do I get free shipping or free returns?
Please refer to our shipping and returns policy.
I initiated my return, why is my card being re-authorized?
Banks have limits for how long a hold can be valid. We are likely still processing your return. As soon as your return is approved, your card will be charged only for what you kept and will no longer require re-authorizations.
My trial ended and I was charged, but now I want to return something. Is this still possible?
Yes, you can still return eligible items within our return window. Check out our returns policy for more details.

How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your Geller Gal VIP Rewards membership, visit your account settings from your online account or contact Customer Service with your cancellation request.
To cancel online, sign in with your member credentials at gellergalviprewards.com/sign-in. Once you’ve signed in, click “Account” on your main menu, then select “Cancel Membership” from the dropdown. Follow the instructions provided to finalize your cancellation request.
To cancel through Customer Service, you can call us 24/7 at 833-499-2379. You can also email your cancellation request to CustomerService@gellergalviprewards.com or submit your request online.
Once you cancel your membership, you’ll have access to your member benefits until the end of your monthly membership term. After you cancel, you’ll receive a check for the remaining balance stated in your Savings.
Which brands are eligible for 10% Cash Back?
As a Geller Gal VIP Rewards member, you’ll automatically earn unlimited 10% Cash Back every time you shop at our Family of Brands, including:

How do I earn 10% Cash Back?
To earn 10% Cash Back, simply make a purchase from our Family of Brands. We’ll automatically add 10% of your purchase subtotal to your Geller Gal VIP Rewards Savings.
We’ll send you a check for your total approved Savings at the time of your next monthly payout. No Rebate Claims are necessary to earn 10% Cash Back at Laura Geller!
Please note that all purchases must be made directly from Laura Geller to qualify for 10% Cash Back. Laura Geller purchases made on third-party sites are not eligible for 10% Cash Back.
When do I receive my Savings from 10% Back?
We’ll send you a check for your total approved Savings on the 15th of every month.
Are Shipping Rebates automatic for the Family of Brands?
Unlike your 10% Cash Back benefit, shipping and return shipping rebates for your Family of Brand purchases are not automatically applied to your Savings. If you paid for shipping on a purchase from our Family of Brands, you must submit a Rebate Claim to get reimbursed for those charges.
To submit a Rebate Claim, sign into your member account and click “Rebates” on your main menu. Then, carefully follow the instructions provided to submit your claim.
Once we receive your claim and proof-of-purchase documentation, we’ll review your claim and apply it to your Geller Gal VIP Rewards Savings.
What is the Marketplace?
The Marketplace includes 1,500+ popular retailers eligible for 5% Cash Back, Shipping Rebates, and Return Shipping Rebates with your Geller Gal VIP Rewards membership.
To visit the Marketplace, sign into your online account and click “Shop” on your main menu, then click “Shop Marketplace” from the dropdown.
How to receive 5% Cash Back through the Geller Gal VIP Rewards Portal?
You can earn 5% Cash Back at Marketplace retailers when you shop online, in-store, over the phone, or by mail order. As a Geller Gal VIP Rewards member, you can save up to $1,000 per 12-month membership period with 5% Cash Back on your Marketplace purchases.
Here’s how: How to receive 5% Cash Back through the Geller Gal VIP Rewards portal
Shop online through the Geller Gal VIP Rewards portal to earn 5% Cash Back automatically. If you shop at Marketplace retailers outside the Geller Gal VIP Rewards portal, whether online, in-store, or by mail order, your 5% Cash Back will not be automatic. However, you can still submit a Rebate Claim to earn 5% Cash Back on those purchases.
Shopping through the Geller Gal VIP Rewards Portal:
- Sign into your Geller Gal VIP Rewards account.
- On your main menu, click “Shop”, then “Shop Marketplace.”
- Find a retailer in the Marketplace and click through our links to shop online.
- After you click “Shop Now," the retailer’s website will open in a new window. Complete your purchase in the new window to earn 5% Cash Back automatically.
How to receive 5% Cash Back outside of the Geller Gal VIP Rewards portal
You can earn 5% Cash Back on your in-store, online (not through the Geller Gal VIP Rewards portal), phone, and mail order purchases, too. Simply shop at an eligible Marketplace retailer and submit a Rebate Claim to earn 5% Cash Back. You can submit your Rebate Claim online from your Geller Gal VIP Rewards account or mail in your proof-of-purchase instead.

How to receive 5% Cash Back on Travel.
As a member, you can earn 5% Cash Back on flight, hotel, and rental car reservations made through your Geller Gal VIP Rewards account.
Start by visiting the “Travel & Vacations” category in the Marketplace to view a list of eligible travel merchants. Select a merchant from the list and click through the links to visit the merchant’s website. Simply complete your reservation in the new browser tab that opens to earn 5% Cash Back.
For travel reservations made at an eligible merchant in the Marketplace either offline or outside the program’s website, simply submit a Rebate Claim with your proof-of-purchase documentation to earn 5% Cash Back.
5% Cash Back earned on travel reservations is paid out after your trip is complete and payment has been processed by the merchant you booked with. Your earnings will be applied to your Savings Center and included in your next payout.

When do I receive my Savings from 5% Cash Back?
After you make an eligible purchase from a Marketplace retailer, we’ll add 5% Cash Back to your Savings. You’ll receive a check for your total approved Savings on the 15th of every month.
How do you calculate the 5% Cash Back Amount?
5% Cash Back is added to your Savings after you make an eligible Marketplace purchase. The 5% Cash Back amount is based on your final, qualifying purchase subtotal after any and all discounts or promo codes are applied. Your purchase subtotal does not include taxes, shipping fees, or any other added fees at checkout.
Are there limits to my 5% Cash Back Benefit
As a member, you can save up to $1,000 per 12-month membership period with 5% Cash Back on Marketplace purchases. One purchase per Marketplace retailer per day is eligible for 5% Cash Back. Claims and backup documentation must reflect USD in order to be eligible for 5% Back. Gift card purchases, money orders, or purchases made using a Marketplace retailer’s bill-pay service are not eligible for 5% Cash Back.
Some Marketplace retailers have their own restrictions for 5% Cash Back eligibility. To view restrictions for a specific retailer, visit the Marketplace from your member account and click a retailer to view its page. Any orders returned or cancelled will not be eligible for 5% Cash Back.

What are Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates?
As a Geller Gal VIP Rewards member, you can submit Rebate Claims to get reimbursed for your standard shipping and return shipping charges.
You can claim an unlimited number of Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates on purchases from our Family of Brands, up to $8.99 per claim.
For Marketplace purchases, you can claim both Standard Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates up to $10 per claim. With your membership, you’re eligible to claim up to $500 in Shipping Rebates and $500 in Return Shipping Rebates on Marketplace purchases every 12-month membership period.
Can I claim rebates on all my shipping charges?
You can claim unlimited Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates on purchases from our Family of Brands, up to $8.99 per claim. As long as you provide valid proof-of-purchase with every Rebate Claim, you’ll receive a rebate for those shipping charges in the form of a check.
You can also claim Standard Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates when you shop at Marketplace retailers, up to $10 per claim. You’re eligible to claim up to $500 in Shipping Rebates and $500 in Return Shipping Rebates on Marketplace purchases every 12-month membership period.
In-store purchases from Marketplace retailers are only eligible for Standard Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates if the store you purchased from orders the item and you’re charged for shipping as part of your purchase.
How do I claim a shipping Rebate?
You can submit your Standard Shipping and Return Shipping Rebate claims online or by mail.
Here’s how:
Online Claims: Submit your Rebate Claim online from your member account.
- Click “Rebates” on your main menu.
- Select your rebate type and enter your purchase information.
- Submit your proof-of-purchase through the portal or email it to rebates@gellergalviprewards.com.
Mailed Claims:
- Send your proof-of-purchase to our mailing address.
- Mail your rebate form and proof-of-purchase documentation to: Geller Gal VIP Rewards Rebates - PO Box 290728 Wethersfield, CT 06129-0728.
- Please note that to be eligible for Shipping and Return Shipping Rebates, your claims must be submitted within 60 days of your original purchase date. Approved rebates are normally added to your Savings total within 3 weeks of submission.

What is proof-of-purchase?
Proof of purchase is a form of documentation that validates your payment for any given purchase. You must provide a valid form of proof of purchase with every Rebate Claim submitted.
Examples of valid proof-of-purchase include:
- A sales receipt
- An order confirmation page
- An order confirmation email
- A packing slip
Where do I send my rebate and proof-of-purchase documentation?
For online claims, you can email your proof of purchase documentation to rebates@gellergalviprewards.com. You’ll be given a unique claim number to include with your submission. Simply copy and paste your claim number into the subject line of the email with your proof-of-purchase attached.

How do I view all my Savings?
All your Savings from Geller Gal VIP Rewards will appear on your Savings page in your member account. To view your Savings, sign into your member account online and click “Savings” on your main menu.
You can also check up on your Savings and the status of your claims by calling the Geller Gal VIP Rewards department at 833-499-2379.
When will I receive my Savings?
On the 15th of every month, we’ll send you a check for your approved savings on all qualifying purchases made the previous month.
Please allow 3-6 weeks for all mailed claims to be processed and paid out.
