  Yes! You can definitely layer the highlighting Skin Tint over the hydrating Blush for added glow – and an extra boost of moisture for dry skin.

Love this foundation
I've had so many Goldilocks experiences with foundations. Some are too oily, some too dry, some too heavy and caked on, some too light and do nothing. This one is just right. It's light and looks natural, and yet it covers imperfections.
