How to Apply

Place the fan around your neck with the air outlets pointing upwards towards your face. Adjust the tips as needed. Press the power button once to turn on the fan. The fan will always start at Level 1 speed. Press again for Level 2 speed, and a third time for Level 3 speed. Press the button a fourth time to turn power off.

    Love it and it's RECHARGEABLE

    I love how it folds and it does the job fast. Note, in the Questions section, it says this is battery operated and not rechargeable. That is NOT correct. It is definitely rechargeable and comes with the cord. This will be great for my upcoming vacation.
