  • Should I use a baked powder or liquid foundation?

    It depends on your preference! Our baked and liquid foundation formulas each have wonderful benefits to suit a range of skin types and skin needs. Baked foundations are similar to powder formulas, but actually start out as cream pigments before being baked for 24 hours on terracotta tiles in Italy. The result is a smooth texture that looks like a powder, but feels light and creamy once it hits your skin. Liquid formulas, on the other hand, are one of the more common varieties of foundation in the beauty world.

  • What's the difference between natural, satin and matte finish?

    Natural finish means the foundation looks the most like your natural skin. Satin finish has a subtle sheen to it, creating a soft glow or radiance. Matte finish has no shine at all, leaving skin looking velvety.

  • Can I use a liquid concealer with baked foundation?

    Yes. Our baked foundations melt and blend into your skin, so it's easy to use with your desired liquid foundation. You may wish to apply concealer first, then top with your baked foundation as the second step.

  • What's the best brush to use for my favorite foundation?
