Just like the title says, Bright Stuff Under Eye Concealer turns slightly dark under eye area into brightened under eye areas. I was skeptical when I first used this product as i thought it would be like any other concealer with a gimmicky applicator. I was wrong! The applicator is metal and is just the right shape to focus on the darkest places. Along with Laura Gellers concealer brush, it applies and is feathered out to a very thin, easily covered by foundation, area. Make sure your primer if any, is completely dry before applying the concealer, or it tends to cake up and you have to remove it and start c again from scratch.
