      This is a lightweight and creamy makeup removing cleanser. While it leaves your skin nourished, refreshed and moisturized with every use, it is not meant to be used as a traditional moisturizer.

    • Will this remove waterproof makeup?

      Yes! Our Cold Cream can help lift away waterproof makeup, along with stubborn makeup residue and mineral SPFs, which can be hard to fully rinse away.

    • Isn’t this going to make my skin feel greasy?

      Nope, the Cold Cream will leave your skin feeling refreshed and moisturized, rather than heavy and greasy.

    • Will this clog my pores?

      No, the Cold Cream was formulated with ingredients that are not known to clog pores.

    • Is this product suitable for sensitive skin?

      Our Cold Cream was formulated with all skin types in mind, including sensitive.

    • Do I need to rinse after using the Cold Cream?

      It depends on your preference. Those with oilier skin may prefer to rinse after fully wiping off makeup, while those with drier skin may want to avoid rinsing.

    • What is your return policy?

      In honor of the holiday season, we have extended our return policy to 60 days for orders placed between 10/1/25-12/31/25 to give you more than enough time to try your favorite products.

      As always, if you are not satisfied, we invite you to return or exchange your products. To process a return, click here. Effective January 1, 2026 we will revert back to our normal return policy of 30 days from the date of purchase.     Light creamy texture removed make-up well

    I just wear a little powder and blush but I put on about a teaspoon and massaged it around face. I removed it with a large cotton pad and it removed the make-up very well. No oily residue was left afterwards.
