    Most products are amazing. Customer service is horrible.

    You can't talk to anybody when there is a problem. You have to "chat" with AI. Even when I asked for a live person I don't think I actually had one online. They won't talk on the phone. I will never order from you again!!!

    The Waterproof Eye Hues are worthless. Absolutely no color at all. Don't waste your time!

    I grabbed this on a sale promotion - had low expectations, but i LOVE IT ... great combo - use the highlighter all over for a subtle glowy finish and the blush color is perfect not too pink has some depth and STAYS PUT
