What does this kit include?
This kit includes our bestselling Baked Balance-n-Brighten Color Correcting Foundation, Baked Blush-n-Brighten Marbleized Blush, and our Retractable Angled Kabuki Brush for smooth application.
How do I find the right foundation shade?
Check out the “Ask Our Pros” program where our experts will pick the perfect shade for you within minutes via live chat (link above the shade dropdown). Or use the Shade Finder by choosing the foundation shade closest to your skin tone. Our marbleized baked foundation contains multiple color-correcting shades, which will self adjust. Don’t worry, even if you pick one shade lighter or darker, the shade will still work for you.
What is baked makeup and what makes it different?
Our signature baked makeup starts as swirls of soft cream pigments, which are then artisan-baked in Italy on terracotta tiles for 24 hours. The result is a smooth formula that feels like a powder, but melts and blends into your skin for a soft, creamy feel. Unlike regular pressed powders or heavy liquid formulas, baked makeup offers color-correcting coverage and payoff with a lightweight and breathable feel. It also works great on mature skin, since it doesn't cake or crease!
How do I apply each product in the kit?
Baked Balance-n-Brighten Color Correcting Foundation: For LIGHT coverage, swirl the included Retractable Angled Kabuki Brush onto the powder, then sweep it across your face. Blend outward and upward. For MEDIUM coverage, use the Retractable Angled Kabuki Brush with the sleeve pulled almost all the way up for denser bristles, and press (don’t swipe) the powder onto your skin.
Baked Blush-n-Brighten: Use the same Retractable Angled Kabuki Brush to apply the blush on the apples of your cheeks, blending up towards the hairline.
Handbag Hero: Use the included puff to pat a small amount of powder atop makeup to set your look. Use as needed day or night for touch-ups and mattifying any shine. Apply lipstick, starting in the middle of your lips and work your way to the corners of your mouth.
Will this cake on my skin?
Never. Our baked makeup isn’t cakey or chalky and won’t dry out your skin (unlike traditional pressed powder formulas). This formula won’t settle into fine lines and will leave your skin looking fresh.
