Orders are packed and processed and arrive within 4-6 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sale periods, holidays, or to remote and northern postal codes (YT, NT, NU).

 

Duties, taxes and customs: all duties are included in your order — you will never be asked to pay a customs or brokerage fee on delivery. Canadian sales tax (GST/HST/PST, depending on your province) is calculated and paid at checkout, so the price you see at checkout is the final price.

Tracking your Order: Once dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery at any time. If you created an account at checkout you can log in to your account and also track your shipment from there. If your tracking hasn't updated within 2 business days of your dispatch confirmation, contact our team and we'll look into it straight away.

How do I qualify for free delivery? Spend $68 CAD or more in a single order and standard delivery is on us — no code needed, applied automatically at checkout.

 

Will I be liable for duties, customs or brokerage fees? No — duties are included in your order and we take care of customs clearance, so there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives. Canadian sales tax (GST/HST/PST) is applied at checkout based on your province. 

 

Do you deliver everywhere in Canada? Yes — we deliver to all 10 provinces and 3 territories. Deliveries to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other remote or rural postal codes may take a little longer than the times stated above.

 

Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Contact us immediately through our Chat icon to talk to customer service. If your order hasn't been processed we'll do our best to update the address.

 

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do? If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier straight away.

 

Can I leave delivery instructions? Yes — add instructions at checkout. If you've already placed your order, contact our team and we'll pass them to the courier where possible.

 

Who delivers my order? Orders are shipped with a tracked courier service and handed to Canada Post or a local carrier for final delivery, depending on your address.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes? Yes — we can deliver to PO boxes and rural route addresses, though these can take a little longer than street addresses.

 

What currency are prices and shipping shown in? All prices, shipping fees and taxes are shown and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).
