  • What shade of concealer matches my foundation?

    Our experts formulated our concealers to align closesly with our existing foundation shades. We recommend opting for the concealer that's closest in name to your usual foundation shade. You may also choose a shade lighter for a brightening effect.

  • Should I use a baked powder or liquid foundation?

    It depends on your preference! Our baked and liquid foundation formulas each have wonderful benefits to suit a range of skin types and skin needs. Baked foundations are similar to powder formulas, but actually start out as cream pigments before being baked for 24 hours on terracotta tiles in Italy. The result is a smooth texture that looks like a powder, but feels light and creamy once it hits your skin. Liquid formulas, on the other hand, are one of the more common varieties of foundation in the beauty world.

  • What's the difference between natural, satin and matte finish?

    Natural finish means the foundation looks the most like your natural skin. Satin finish has a subtle sheen to it, creating a soft glow or radiance. Matte finish has no shine at all, leaving skin looking velvety.

  • Can I use a liquid concealer with baked foundation?

    Yes. Our baked foundations melt and blend into your skin, so it's easy to use with your desired liquid foundation. You may wish to apply concealer first, then top with your baked foundation as the second step.

  • What's the best brush to use for my favorite foundation?

    Our travel-friendly Kabuki Brush family is always a safe bet for applying our baked foundations. Try the Retractable Airbrush Kabuki Brush for fuller coverage and the Retractable Angled Kabuki Brush for customized, buildable coverage. For liquid formulas, use our dense Foundation Brush or Dual-Ended Concealer + Foundation Brush to buff in the formula.

  • What is your return policy?

    In honor of the holiday season, for orders placed between 10/1/25-12/31/25 we have extended our return policy to 60 days to give you more than enough time to try their favorite products.

    As always, if you are not satisfied, we invite you to return or exchange your product for free, minus shipping charges. To process a return, click here. Effective January 1, 2026 we will revert back to our normal return policy of 30 days from the date of purchase.
