Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by AS Beauty Group LLC DBA Laura Geller, 111 W 33rd St, 16th Fl, New York, NY 10001 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of AS Beauty Group LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or households (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on March 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

Method 1 – SMS Sign-Up (Primary Entry Method):
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit [INSERT ENTRY URL OR LANDING PAGE] and opt in to receive text messages from Laura Geller by providing your mobile phone number and completing the SMS sign-up process. Upon successful opt-in, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You must remain subscribed to Laura Geller SMS communications at the time of the winner drawing to be eligible to win. If you unsubscribe from SMS communications prior to the drawing, your entry will be disqualified.

Method 2 – Mail-In Entry (Alternate Free Method of Entry):
To enter without opting in to SMS, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2026 and received by April 5, 2026. Mail-in entrants are not required to subscribe to SMS communications to be eligible to win. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible.

General Entry Conditions:
Limit one (1) entry per person, per mobile number or mailing address, regardless of entry method. Multiple entries from the same person, mobile number, or address will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

5. Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected. Prizes are as follows:

First Prize (1 winner):
One (1) one-on-one virtual or in-person makeup consultation with Laura Geller, plus a selection of Laura Geller’s favorite products (specific products at Sponsor’s discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,800.

Second Prize (2 winners):
Each Second Prize winner will receive one (1) Laura Geller gift card valued at $300, redeemable toward Laura Geller products. ARV per Second Prize: $300.

Total ARV of all prizes: $2,400.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. No substitution of prizes permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes received, as well as any other costs and expenses not expressly stated herein. Prize details not specified herein are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or around April 4, 2026, a company representative of AS Beauty Group LLC will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select three (3) potential winners (1 First Prize winner and 2 Second Prize winners).

Potential winners will be notified via SMS (for SMS entrants) or by phone or email (for mail-in entrants) no later than April 7, 2026. Each potential winner must respond and claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within the required timeframe, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or non-compliant with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Conditions of Participation

By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other circumstance that corrupts the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or biographical information by Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless AS Beauty Group LLC, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) injury or damage to entrants’ or third parties’ computers or mobile devices resulting from participation; or (d) any typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or announcement of prizes.

10. Social Media Disclosures

This Sweepstakes may be promoted on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram and Facebook. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram or Facebook), or any other social media platform. Any questions or comments regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not to any social media platform. By entering, entrants release each applicable social media platform from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes.

11. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected from entrants in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.laurageller.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and use of their personal information as described therein.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules and all aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and each entrant consents to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
