Orders are packed and processed and arrive within 5-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sale periods, holidays, or for deliveries to offshore islands and rural addresses.

 

Duties, taxes and customs: all duties are included in your order and we handle customs clearance, so you will never be asked to pay a customs, VAT or courier handling fee on delivery.


Tracking your Order: Once dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery at any time. If you created an account at checkout you can log in to your account and also track your shipment from there. If your tracking hasn't updated within 2 business days of your dispatch confirmation, contact our team and we'll look into it straight away.

How do I qualify for free delivery? Spend €60 or more in a single order and standard delivery is on us — no code needed, applied automatically at checkout.

 

Will I be liable for duties, customs or VAT? No — duties are included and Irish VAT is charged at checkout, so there is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives and no courier handling fees.

 

Do you deliver everywhere in Ireland? Yes — we deliver to all counties in the Republic of Ireland. Deliveries to offshore islands and some rural addresses may take a little longer than the times stated above.

 

Do I need to provide an Eircode? Please add your Eircode at checkout. It helps the courier find your address first time and avoids delays, particularly for rural deliveries.

 

Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Contact us immediately through our Chat icon to talk to customer service. If your order hasn't been processed we'll do our best to update the address.

 

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do? If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch and we'll investigate with the courier straight away.

 

Can I leave delivery instructions? Yes — add instructions at checkout. If you've already placed your order, contact our team and we'll pass them to the courier where possible.

 

Who delivers my order? Orders are shipped with a tracked courier service and handed to An Post or a local courier for final delivery, depending on your address.

 

What currency are prices and delivery shown in? All prices, delivery charges and taxes are shown and charged in euro (€).
