All products sold by Laura Geller Beauty benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity, provided free of charge under EU law. This guarantee applies to customers in the EEA (EU member states, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Norway, and Liechtenstein). 

Under this guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy at no cost if a product does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, for example if it arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered. Depending on the circumstances and as provided by applicable law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. 

This guarantee is valid for a minimum of two years from the date you receive the product. It does not cover normal wear, natural product aging, or issues arising from misuse. 

This legal guarantee is in addition to and does not affect any other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
