Q: What is Spackle & how do I use it?
A: Spackle® is Laura’s best-selling, oil-free makeup primer. Formulated with soothing botanicals, it creates the perfect canvas for makeup to glide on and stay put for hours. Apply your moisturizer, then Spackle®, then foundation or powder. Spackle® comes in four lightweight finishes: Original, Bronze, Champagne and Ethereal. All four go on sheer and the three tinted versions leave skin looking luminous and sun-kissed.

The original Spackle® creates a flawlessly smooth finish and keeps makeup looking fresh for hours. Wear Bronze under makeup or bronzer for a lustrous look, or on its own for a subtle glow of radiance. Spackle® in Champagne imparts a delicate, candle-lit glow so your skin looks lit from within. Spackle® in Ethereal is infused with crushed pearl, licorice root, and nourishing botanicals to help give your complexion a bright, opulent glow.

Q: How do I use Lip & Eye Spackle?
A: Apply Lip Spackle before lipstick or gloss for longer, smoother wear. A thin coat of lip primer also prevents lip color from feathering. Eye Spackle, on the other hand, helps eyeshadows last longer and helps keep colors true. When used alone, this eye primer gives a brightening, wide-awake effect for a quick and easy beauty boost.

Waterproof Eye Spackle, in its special click pen, goes on even easily, lasts long, and is clinically proven to make all of your baked eyeshadows – as well as several other leading brands of eyeshadows – completely waterproof. It even waterproofs your eyeliner.

Q: What makes Balance-n-Brighten and Bronze-n-Brighten different from all other makeup compacts?
A: Both Balance-n-Brighten and Bronze-n-Brighten are part of the popular Baked Collection. These hand-made Italian products start out as multi-color infused liquids that are carefully mixed so each color retains its individual qualities. Once combined, the mixture is poured onto terracotta pans and baked for a full 24 hours. This old-world technique produces a modern creation of multitasking, fool-proof products that, with just one swirl of a brush, leaves behind pure, color-correcting pigments that brighten and enhance your complexion.

Balance-n-Brighten has 6-8 corrective pigments that even-out skin tone, reduce ruddiness and brighten up a sallow complexion. Bronze-n-Brighten, on the other hand, gives you a natural-looking, sun kissed look without that orange tone. Sheer, lightweight and buildable, both can be used alone or together for a smooth, customized look.

Product Usage
Q: How do I activate the pump products, i.e.: Spackle® and Phenomenal Foundation?
A: The airless container features a technology, which pumps the product from the top (there is no "straw" inside the tube). Activate the dispenser by turning the bottle upside down and tapping it several times. This helps to rid it of air pockets. To keep pump in great working condition, store these products upside down.

Q: Which of your products can be used wet or dry?
A: The following products can be used either wet or dry:
Eye: All Baked Eyeshadows except the Sugar Free and Marble Mattes, Baked Cake Eyeliners, Eye Rimz products.
Face/Body: Baked Body Frostings, Bronze-n-Brightens, Baked Highlighters, Baked Blushes except Sugar Free. We do not recommend Balance-n-Brighten be used wet.

Q: Why has my favorite product or shade been discontinued?
A: We apologize for discontinuing your favorite Laura Geller Makeup product. Each year we launch new products and therefore cannot maintain older ones that are no longer in high demand. Q: Are your products hypoallergenic?
A: Most of our products are hypoallergenic, dermatologist-tested and safe for sensitive skin, while most (if not all) of our eye products are ophthalmologist-tested to be safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Q: Do you test on animals?
A: Laura Geller Makeup is not tested on animals. Our company is cruelty-free.

Q: Do any of your products contain animal by-products?

Q: Are your Baked products oil-free?
A: Our Baked products, i.e. Balance-n-Brighten, Bronze-n-Brighten, Baked Body Frosting, etc., are not oil-free. They do contain at least one or two of the following skin-loving ingredients: Jojoba Seed Oil, Vitamin E, Centella Asiatica and White Tea Extracts. Baked Body Frosting also contains Ceraphyl Oil. This incredibly unique oil gives the product an extraordinary slip so it never feels dry like most pressed powders. Always read the ingredient panel and information sheet that comes in every package to find out more about each product.

Q: Which of your products are Gluten-free?
A: All of our Baked products, (i.e. Bronze-n-Brighten, Balance-n-Brighten, etc.), Air Whipped products and Spackle® Under Make-up Primers are Gluten-free. Q: Where can I find more information on the ingredients in Laura Geller products?
A: Ingredients are listed on every product page and in all of our packaging. On the website, just click on the "Ingredients" link to view them in a pop-up window.

Q: How can I determine the shelf life of a product?
A: Look for the open jar icon on the back or bottom of the product or packaging. The number inside followed by the letter M indicates the shelf life of the product in months from the time opened. SPF products do not have this icon, and instead, are marked with an expiration date.

Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date.

2ND DAY SERVICE
2nd Day orders placed by 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day orders placed after 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day. Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.

OVERNIGHT SERVICE
Overnight orders placed by 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.
