Using fingertips, apply “ The Original “ Spackle Under Make-up Primer over mositurizer or bare skin.  Apply Lip Spackle to condition lips and create a smooth, neutral surface for lipstick application.  Using either your fingertip or a non-latex sponge, apply a very thin layer of Eye Spackle directly to the entire eye area.
