All sale items are FINAL sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted on sale items.
We proudly stand behind every product we sell. If you are unhappy with any item you receive, for any reason, we will gladly exchange or refund the original purchase price and sales tax – less shipping – no questions asked – to a maximum of 30 days.
In the unlikely event we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item(s), we will gladly accept the item(s) and credit your original purchase price, sales tax and original shipping cost – and remedy the situation with the information you provide us with on the return form.

Laura Geller’s online store only accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (excluding APO/FPO, and P.O. Boxes). We regret that we are unable to ship to international addresses and apologize for any inconvenience.

Issues Placing Orders

Q. My order went through multiple times/I have received multiple charges for my order. 
A. We apologize for the inconvenience! This usually happens when the ‘Submit Order' button is clicked more than once.  After orders are imported to our warehouse we are unable to cancel or edit them, however please email info@lauragellerbeauty.com or call 800-MAKEUP4 and a member of our Customer Service team will be happy to assist in resolving this matter. Please have your order confirmation # (or #s if you received multiple orders) ready or include in your email.

Q. How do I apply a discount code or redeem an offer? 
A. There is only ONE offer allowed per order (with the exception of Free Shipping over $50 – no code required). During checkout, at the first step (‘Shopping Bag’ page), enter the code in the ‘Offer Code’ field and click ‘Apply’. The offer or discount will automatically appear on the page.  If there is no code provided for the offer, please check that you have reached the minimum required price or product threshold and the offer will be automatically applied. Q. During checkout, I received an error message that says ‘Phone is not valid’. Why? 
A.  Please enter only numbers in the Phone Number field.  Do not include characters such as dashes, parenthesis and spaces.  For example your phone number should read as follows: 2125555555

Q.  During checkout, when I entered my address I received an error message ‘Only alphanumeric characters (Only Numbers and Letters. No Characters)’.  What does this mean? 
A.  In the address field enter numbers and letters only.  Do not include characters such as periods, dashes, pound or parenthesis.  NOTE: You can abbreviate words such as Street, Avenue, Drive, Boulevard, etc. however do not include a period.   For example your address should read as follows: 123 Abc Blvd APT 1 AnyTown NY 12345

Q: I see my Laura Geller Beauty products look different than they used to. How come?
A: Good things come in NEW packages! We’ve kept everything you love about Laura Geller Beauty exactly the same.Only our packaging is prettier. We’ve lightened it, brightened it and made it oh, so beautiful!

Q: Are these newly packaged products more expensive than what I am use to ordering?
A: No. We haven’t changed the prices—only the packaging. Isn’t it pretty?

Q: How come some of my products are in red/black packaging and the others are in pink/white packaging?

Q: When does my order get processed and shipped?
A: LauraGeller.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Below are the shipping options available for you:

STANDARD SERVICE 
Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the order's ship date.

3 DAY GROUND
3 Day Ground orders placed by 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 3 Day Ground orders placed after 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day. Most orders shipped via 3 Day Ground Service are delivered within 3-4 business days from the order's ship date.

2ND DAY SERVICE
2nd Day orders placed by 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day orders placed after 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day. Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.

OVERNIGHT SERVICE
Overnight orders placed by 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.

Due to tremendous response during our sale periods and holidays, please allow an additional 3-5 days for orders to be processed.

Q: Can I change or cancel my LauraGeller.com order once it’s placed?
A: Unfortunately, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or edited. All sales and sale items are final and cannot be changed or canceled.

Laure Geller Beauty Studio Is Closed

After 20 wonderful years, our NYC Studio lease has expired. We have fond memories of meeting you all at the Studio and sharing life stories, make-up tips and tricks, and the occasional Prosecco and cookies. Laura has always wanted to open a new flagship location in Manhattan that would be more accessible for you to visit from near and far - but we haven't found the perfect location yet. Q: Are your products hypoallergenic?
A: Most of our products are hypoallergenic, dermatologist-tested and safe for sensitive skin, while most (if not all) of our eye products are ophthalmologist-tested to be safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. Q: Do you test on animals?
A: Laura Geller Beauty products are not tested on animals. Our company is cruelty-free. 

Q: Do any of your products contain animal by-products?

Q: Which of your products are Gluten-free?
A: All of our Baked products, (i.e. Bronze-n-Brighten, Balance-n-Brighten, etc.), Air Whipped products and Spackle® Under Make-Up Primers are Gluten-free. Q: Where can I find more information on the ingredients in Laura Geller Beauty products?

Q: How can I determine the shelf life of a product?
A: Look for the open jar icon on the back or bottom of the product or packaging. The number inside followed by the letter M indicates the shelf life of the product in months from the time opened. SPF products do not have this icon, and instead, are marked with an expiration date.

Q: How do I activate the pump products, i.e.: Spackle®?
A: The airless container features a technology, which pumps the product from the top (there is no "straw" inside the tube). Activate the dispenser by turning the bottle upside down and tapping it several times. This helps to rid it of air pockets. To keep pump in great working condition, store these products upside down. 

Q: Which of your products can be used wet or dry?
A: The following products can be used either wet or dry:
Eye: All Baked Eyeshadows (except Sugar Free and Marble Mattes), Baked Cake Eyeliners and Eye Rimz products.
Face/Body: Baked Body Frostings, Bronze-n-Brightens, Baked Highlighters, Baked Blushes (except Sugar Free). We do not recommend Balance-n-Brighten be used wet.

Q: How are points for purchases calculated?
A: Members earn 1 point for every $0.10 spent on qualifying purchases (in other words, ten (10) points for every one dollar ($1) spent). Points are based on your order subtotal, after any discounts, only. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, if you spend $9.99, you will receive 99 points. Calculation is as follows: $9.99 x 10 points per dollar = 99.99 points, which is rounded down to 99 points.

Q: Do all of my purchases count toward my points?
A: You can earn points products purchased on LauraGeller.com. However, gift cards, shipping charges, discounts from offer codes (or other similar discounts), taxes and fees are not eligible for points.

Q: When do my points appear in my rewards account?
A:  Points will appear in your account as follows:
Sign up: points are added to your account instantly
Review: points are added to your account when the review is approved.
Birthday: points are added to your account on your birthday instantly (pending you provided your correct birthday)
Order: points are added to your account when your order ships
Social: points are added to your account for social actions at a max of 3 social rewards per social network per day. Points are issued on hold, and then are automatically approved after 3 days.

Q: When do points expire?
A: Points expire 365 days from the date in which they were assigned to your account, regardless of point status (on hold, approved, etc.).

Q: How do I know the total number of points I have, or if I have points that are about to expire?
A: Please log in to your account to see all point details.

Q: Will I receive any birthday gifts?
A: Yes, if you provide us with your birthday, you will receive 150 points automatically in to your account on your birthday.

Q: What happens to my points when I return an order?
A: Any points earned from that associated order return are deducted from your points balance.
