You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to get in touch if something isn't right. Whether it's not the right shade, not what you expected, or you'd simply like to try something different - we'll sort it.We accept returns on both unused and slightly used products. Refunds
Once your return is confirmed with our team, we'll process your refund promptly. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as it's been issued.
Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 14 working days for your refund to be fully processed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
