Most orders shipped via FedEx Smartpost are processed and shipped in 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays), depending on product availability. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) from the order's ship date. ALL Smart Post shipments are processed by FedEx and shipped to the Customers nearest USPS- to be delivered. USPS handles the final delivery and packages are delivered on Saturdays.

* Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico could require 12 or more business days. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (FEDEX SMARTPOST) to these states is not recommended for delivery that is time sensitive.

GROUND SERVICE ($9.95 USD/U.S. ONLY- FEDEX HOME DELIVERY)
Most orders shipped via Standard Service Ground: FedEx Home Delivery are processed and shipped in 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays), depending on product availability. Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) from the order's ship date.

2ND DAY SERVICE ($17.95 USD/U.S. ONLY- FEDEX 2-DAY)
2nd Day orders placed by 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day orders placed after 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Most orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) from the order's ship date.

OVERNIGHT SERVICE ($28.95 USD/U.S. ONLY- FEDEX OVERNIGHT)
Overnight orders placed by 11:00 AM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders shipped via Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) from the order's ship date.

Q: Can I change or cancel my LauraGeller.com order once it’s placed?
A: Unfortunately, once your order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or edited. All sales and sale items are final and cannot be changed or canceled.

Q: I received a shipment confirmation email, but the tracking # doesn’t work.

If you are unhappy with an item(s) you received, for any reason we will gladly exchange or refund items and sales tax – minus the shipping charges – no questions asked – made within 30 days of purchase. All foundations and kits that include foundations are eligible for Free Return Shipping. Our apologies, but Free Return Shipping does not apply to International Orders


In the unlikely event we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item(s), we will gladly credit your original purchase price, sales tax, and original shipping cost. For damaged items, please email info@lauragellerbeauty.com an image(s) of the damaged item(s) to expedite your replacement and/or replacement request. Once we receive the image(s), a member of our Customer Service team will contact you directly. A: We are so sorry to hear this happened and we’d be happy to help you! To expedite your replacement request, please email info@lauragellerbeauty.com an image(s) of the front and back of the damaged item(s) so that we may forward the information to our quality control team. Once we receive the image(s), a member of our Customer Service team will contact you directly.

Q: Do you offer Price Adjustments?    
A: We do not offer price adjustments on any products.

Q: Can I return an individual item for an exchange in a kit for a different one?      
A: You may exchange a foundation or blush for a new shade within any kit or return your kit in its entirety for a refund or exchange. Free Return Shipping does not apply to international orders. 

 

Issues Placing Orders

Q: My order went through multiple times/I have received multiple charges for my order.
A: We apologize for the inconvenience! This usually happens when the ‘Submit Order' button is clicked more than once. After orders are imported to our warehouse we are unable to cancel or edit them, however please email info@lauragellerbeauty.com  and a member of our Customer Service team will be happy to assist in resolving this matter. Please have your order confirmation # (or #s if you received multiple orders) ready or include in your email.

Q: How do I apply a discount code or redeem an offer?
A: There is only ONE offer allowed per order (with the exception of Free Shipping over $50 on U.S. orders – no code required). During checkout, at the first step (‘Shopping Bag’ page), enter the code in the ‘Offer Code’ field and click ‘Apply’. The offer or discount will automatically appear on the page. If there is no code provided for the offer, please check that you have reached the minimum required price or product threshold and the offer will be automatically applied. Coupon codes cannot be used or applied to orders already placed. Supplies of all free gift offers are limited. No substitutes are allowed for free gift or free sample offers; quantities are limited.

Q: During checkout, I received an error message that says, ‘Phone is not valid’. Why?
A: Please enter only numbers in the Phone Number field. Do not include characters such as dashes, parenthesis and spaces. For example, your phone number should read as follows: 2125555555

Q: During checkout, when I entered my address, I received an error message ‘Only alphanumeric characters (Only Numbers and Letters. No Characters)’. What does this mean?
A: In the address field enter numbers and letters only. Do not include characters such as periods, dashes, pound or parenthesis.  NOTE: You can abbreviate words such as Street, Avenue, Drive, Boulevard, etc. however do not include a period.

A: Good things come in NEW packages! We’ve kept everything you love about Laura Geller Beauty exactly the same. Only our packaging is prettier. We’ve lightened it, brightened it and made it oh, so beautiful.

Q: Are these newly packaged products more expensive than what I am using to ordering?
A: No. We haven’t changed the prices—only the packaging. Isn’t it pretty?

Q: Do these new cartons indicate your products have changed?

Laura Geller Beauty Studio is CLOSED

After 20 wonderful years, our NYC Studio lease has expired. We have fond memories of meeting you all at the Studio and sharing life stories, make-up tips and tricks, and the occasional Prosecco and cookies. Laura has always wanted to open a new flagship location in Manhattan that would be more accessible for you to visit from near and far - but we haven't found the perfect location yet. Q: How can I determine the shelf life of a product?
A: Look for the open jar icon on the back or bottom of the product or packaging. The number inside followed by the letter M indicates the shelf life of the product in months from the time opened. SPF products do not have this icon, and instead, are marked with an expiration date.

Q: Do Laura Geller Beauty Products Contain Parabens?

Q: An item from an order I placed, ended up being out of stock. Do you backorder?
A: LauraGeller.com makes every effort to ensure that all products we feature are in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.

Q: How do I activate the pump products, i.e., Spackle®?
A: The airless container features a technology, which pumps the product from the top (there is no "straw" inside the tube). Activate the dispenser by turning the bottle upside down and tapping it several times. This helps to rid air pockets. To keep pump in great working condition, store these products upside down.

Q: Which of your products can be used wet or dry?
A: The following products can be used either wet or dry: Face/Body: Baked Body Frostings, Bronze-n-Brightens, Baked Highlighters, Baked Blushes (except Sugar Free). We do not recommend Balance-n-Brighten be used wet.

Q: How do I purchase an E-Gift Card?
A: Laura Geller E-Gift Cards may be purchased online at LauraGeller.com in the following denominations - $25, $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, $175 and $200. E-Gift Cards purchases are limited to $1,000 per order or no more than 4 E-Gift Cards per order. You can use a credit card or debit card to purchase an E-Gift card online. E-Gift cards are only valid at laurageller.com. E-Gift Cards, when purchased, are exempt from tax. In the case of an order containing an E-Gift Card and product, the E-Gift Card amount does not count towards the tax and shipping totals nor promotion eligibility.

Q: How do I pay for an order with an E-Gift Card?
A: You can apply your E-Gift Card at the “GIFT CARD OR DISCOUNT CODE” section of checkout in the box that is right above your total. Please be sure to apply any discount codes prior to adding your gift card.

Q: What can I purchase with my E-Gift Card?
A: E-Gift Cards may be used for making purchases (other than E-Gift Cards) at LauraGeller.com. They are not redeemable at other retailers. E-Gift Cards do not expire and there are no fees. E-Gift Cards may be used for multiple transactions up to the value on the E-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards are not reloadable. Q: How can I send an E-Gift card to a friend?
A: An email containing the link to the E-Gift card will be sent to the email provided when purchasing the E-Gift Card. Simply forward the email containing the E-Gift Card to whoever you wish.

Q: How do I check the Balance of my E-Gift Card?
A: To find out the balance on your E-Card, please refer to the original gift card email you received to access the page for your gift card. If you no longer have this email, please call Customer Service and have the name used to purchase the gift card ready. They will be happy to assist.

Q: Can I Reload my Gift Card or E-Gift Card?
A: We cannot reload gift cards at this time, but you can always purchase a new card.
