Q: I am confused with all of these shipping dates and schedule. Can you help me understand what’s going on?
A: We are here for you! Here are the facts you need to know:
 
January 9 – January 13: LauraGeller.com is open for business. You can shop our website 24/7.  However, if your order is placed during the dates above, it will not ship until 1/16 or possibly later. 
 
January 16: Shipments of web orders will resume and you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 
 
Q: You are charging me for my order that isn’t shipping until January 16 – that doesn’t seem fair. 
A: Unfortunately, we cannot override our system. However, placing your order January 9 through January 13 is a great way to ensure the item(s) you want to purchase are in fact available and can be ordered for slightly later delivery. 
 
Q: Can I pay to override the shipment delay so that I can get my order out before January 16?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot override our system.
 
Q: When will I know that my order has shipped?
A: Shipments of web orders will resume on January 16. There are going to be a lot of orders for our warehouse to process once shipments resume, so we ask that you be patient. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your packed goes out for delivery. You can then use your tracking number to check that status of your delivery.
