With a small eyeshadow brush, sweep shadow all over eyelids. You can target one of the deeper shades to contour along the creases and outer corners for extra definition. Draw your brush over Eye Rimz and line top and bottom lashlines, smudging with a cotton swab for a smoky finish. Both eyeshadow and liner pigments may be applied wet or dry.
